What video formats do we accept?

What audio formats do we accept?
- Audio Cassettes
- Micro-Cassettes
- Records (LP’s / EP’s / 33’s /45’s / 78’s)
Will you return my original media?
Yes, all media is returned unless otherwise requested. We do offer a small recycling surcharge.
How long does it take?
Usually no more than 10-14 business days unless the order is quite large.
Shipping
How do I get my media to you?
You may send your media to us via any shipping service you prefer. We recommend getting tracking on your shipment.
We even accept drop-off’s if you’re in the area, please call ahead to schedule a consultation.
What should I include with my order?
Please either print out an extra receipt to send along or you may hand write your pertinent information (Name, Shipping Address, Phone #, Email, etc.).
